Theory No.1 Beer Dinner
1/25/16: Join us at Common Theory Public House on January 25th for our inaugural beer dinner as we collaborate with nine renowned chefs to pair nine courses with nine beers from AleSmith Brewing Company.
Beer-and-Food pairing dinners were always part of Common Theory’s agenda, but quite honestly have not been ready and experienced enough to execute. With the experiences over the past year and a half, and with the help of great friends in the culinary industry, we are finally ready to take that leap and execute a Beer-and-Food pairing dinner that will bring our patrons an amazing experience.
Our goal is to make sure that our guest Chefs have fun pairing their dishes with Alesmith’s beers, and for our patrons to experience each Chef’s ideas, creation, execution, and craft through their pairings. We hope to keep an open format where guests and chefs can hang out and discuss how the food and beer fared on everyone’s palate, and maybe take away an educational experience as to how and why their dishes worked with each beer.
6/1/15 – 6/7/15: Come celebrate our first year anniversary with us! We will be running specials all week!
Le Freak Show Halloween Party!
10/31/15: Join us on October 31, 2015 for our very own Halloween Partaaaayyyyy!!! All our staff will be wearing costumes, and so should you! We will be holding a costume competition for the scariest and the funniest. Winners will win prizes. We also need you all to attend so you can take part in judging our Staff Pumpkin Carving Contest!!! Vote for your favorite and help them win some prizes as well.
Festivities will begin at 5:00PM | No Cover | All Ages.
